Our Home Care Staff – working in the community

Support Workers attending your needs are all qualified in their role and have experience in the community
All our community care staff have current Police Clearance, Criminal Record Screening, Working with Children check, First Aid and Mandatory Company Compliance’s.
One of our priorities is for you to have the same Support Workers attend your services knowing that developing a compatible relationship and continuity of your care is a positive outcome.

We randomly undertake Spot Checks of our Support Workers in the community to ensure compliance with our company standards and practices.

Our Home Care Team – the holistic approach

We are a registered NDIS Provider and comply with Government requirements
Our Home Care team are only ever a phone call away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we have a nurse on shift in the community every day of the year.
Our dedicated Community Case Coordinators are mature, experienced and very understanding to discuss any concerns or issues you may have, or any aspect of your services to ensure you are getting the most out of your program.
Your Consumer Rights are protected at all times
Our policies and procedures comply with Disability Quality Standards
We liaise closely with your Support Coordinator or person who acts on your behalf
