My Flex Disability is a registered NDIS provider, offering tailored in-home support services to NDIS participants across Perth and WA’s South West region.

We will unravel the confusion around your NDIS funding plan and your personal support requirements all whilst being guided by you, your circumstances and goals.  The team at My Flex Disability will ensure that you remain at the centre of all decision making and retain choice and control with your services during the delivery of your plan.

Our nurses and support workers attending your services are all qualified to provide disability support services and have a wealth of experience within the community.

All staff have up to date flu vaccination, and COVID-19 Vaccinations along with current NDIS Workers Screening, have completed the NDIS Orientation Module, obtained their Working with Children check, have their First Aid and Manual Handling certificates and all other company compliance requirements.

It is our priority for you to have the same nurses and support workers attend your services, knowing that developing a compatible relationship and continuity of your care will lead to a more positive outcome.

Registered NDIS Disability Support Services Provider

What is NDIS?

NDIS is a Government scheme that provides funding to individuals with a significant and permanent disability and are aged under 65. The NDIS is designed to help people with a disability get the care and support they need to improve their skills and independence for a better life. If you are over 65 with a disability, you will be eligible for different Commonwealth support. 

The NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency) is an independent statutory agencythat will roll out the NDIS National Scheme. The NDIS is not linked to the Disability Support Pension. 

Who is supported under the NDIS Scheme?

If you are under the age of 65, living in Perth, WA, and have either a permanent or significant disability where the disability is likely to be lifelong or has a substantial impact on your ability to complete everyday activities, you can apply for funding under the NDIS. 

What kind of disability support & care are funded by NDIS?

The NDIS funds a range of support and care services which may include education, employment, social participation, independence, living arrangements and health and wellbeing. 

These disability support services will help you to:

  • Pursue your goals, objectives and aspirations
  • Increase your independence
  • Increase your community and workplace participation
  • Develop your capacity to actively take part in the community.
